These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STAY web application ("Service"). The Service is operated by Assui Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using STAY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consented to your use of the Service.
STAY is currently in Alpha. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Assui Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We disclaim all liability for any data loss, system errors, or downtime, including but not limited to the loss of your stored pet memories.
Ownership: You retain ownership of all content (photos, captions, data) you upload to STAY.
Licence: By uploading content, you grant Assui Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, cache, use, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Conduct: You agree not to upload illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringing material.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or delete any of your content, at our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or system resource constraints.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assui Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Assui Limited ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data.
User-Provided Data: This includes your email address, username, profile picture, and all details related to your pet (name, birth date, profile pic, species, breed, weight, gender).
Automated Technical Data: When you use STAY, we automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and crash logs.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how our users interact with the app.
We process your data strictly to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the STAY service.
Enable core features (e.g., magic link authentication, push notifications, family sharing).
Communicate with you regarding account activities and service updates.
We utilise the following third parties to operate the Service. Your data may be processed by these entities in accordance with their respective privacy standards:
Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel
Database & Authentication: Supabase (Singapore-hosted)
Analytics: Google Analytics
Push Notifications: Firebase
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You may request account deletion at any time, which will result in the removal of your data from our active databases.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
